i try to send money to my sister who has a paypal acct - when I click " send money to family and friends" all i get is a place to input shipping address... no place to input her email address. Ive been a customer for 14 yrs. What happened to the website that is menu driven and easy to use instead of this irritating summary type website. Please fix or I'm cancelling my acct.
