Hi, I do freelance work in India. I have a PayPal India account and I cannot receive payments. When someone tried to send me a payment through my email address, he got an error like "Receiver's account is locked or inactive" Even I completed all the formalities to recieve money like... 1) Provided PAN 2) Confirmed email address 3) Add bank account (India) 4) Provide Purpose Code But my paypal account shows following notification," To receive payments, you need to complete the following tasks as required by Indian regulations." and it shows my email confirmation is pending??? can someone help me to resolve this issue?????
