I a recent transaction with a EBAY sell (name with held), I purchased an item for $50 on ebay, he stated that item was defective (bad usb cable) and he refunded the money. I told him I had a cable and did not need his bad cable so I repurchased the item. When the item arrived it did not work at all, so he claimed he refunded the money. I see two $50 debit transaction and two $50 credit transaction in Paypal but not in my bank statement. My bank has only received ONE of the $50 credit transactions dated 3/19/18. So I have two debit transactions that were sent to my bank on 3/15 for $50 each and only one credit transaction for $50 on 3/19. Where is the other $50 being held up by PayPal. PayPal shows a $50 refund credit to my account on 3/15 but the money never got sent to my bank.
