Hi umm, I've been trying to verify my Mastercard Debit card, but whenever I do it'll say "The Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience." Why does it say that?? Is your system having some kind of difficulty? Or is there just something wrong wit my card? My mastercard has sufficient fund's in it and I bought something with it online recently, a few days ago actually, and without any problem's either. Reading all these previous comment's here, I'm going to assume PayPal has some sort of system issue when it come's to adding card's sometime's. Can someone please answer me as fast as possible?
