It happened on November 26th, 2015. It was on another computer. According to the email I received about my change of settings, on "Desktop Chrome Windows 8.1 NT 6.3." I don't even own a desktop with Windows 8.1. They must've have figured out my password, which I have no idea how. The email they sent me when they closed the case just said "We've completed our review of your account and found that your account is secure and has not been accessed by an unauthorized third party. As a result, we've closed your unauthorized transaction claim." I mean I wasn't sure what else I could provide. My account was logged on a completely new device, my settings were randomly changed, I unlinked my bank accounts and reported the transaction within minutes of the actual transaction (which I explained when reporting it). It doesn't make sense as to why I would report a transaction that occured on my account if I made it.
