Hello, My request through PayPal's Refunded Returns service was accepted on 25th November with request number 4328 by the service provider, TELUS International Europe. After 5 working days the amount was due, they claimed technical issues upon my inquiry, asked for patience and another 5 working days, then disappeared into the thin air. My last email has never been responded. Will I ever receive this money? Is anyone experiencing the same with them? regards, Marcell
