I registered a new account yesterday and linked my credit card. I enter the 4 digit code sent to me through text message and my account status displays as verified. I am trying to send 50 euros to somebody from uk and I am from the Philippines. When I click continue it says transaction cannot be completed. Any advice? Urgent thanks
