I have escalated a claim as the item i have paid for has not arrived, the seller has uploaded some sort of tracking information to paypal, it has been stuck on 'delivered to the uk' since 27th of November, i have escalated the case and said item still not arrived, yesterday Paypal asked me for supporting documents?? what am i supposed to provide? It said if i dont provide some documents (in the email it said the documents we require are -(blank space) the case will be closed so i had to upload a PDF saying i dont know what documents you want from me?? I'm a little concerned about what is going on, it kinda feels like my case isnt actually being looked at by a person - i dont know what i am supposed to have uploaded but the case is for £37 which i cant afford to just throw away on nothing. What should i be doing? Have any buyers had this before? Thanks!
