I have concerns regarding a few debit cards on my PayPal which I would like to raise to PayPal's customer support service. The problem, however, is that I am from the Philippines and I'm unaware of what time I could get ahold of a CS Agent to respond to my concern. What would be the timeframe by which I could get in touch with one if I am from the Philippines (GMT+8, Manila Time)?

I recently came across a blog on Medium regarding the "Donations" feature in PayPal that users can use to ask for donations online. But upon checking, I could not seem to find the same feature with my account. Even the link that directly points to it is not working. Is it even accessible still in 2023 or is it something exclusive to a Business type account? Please refer to the image attached: PayPal's Donations feature.

I recall having to contact Customer Support directly with this concern before, so I guess I'll just go through that again.

Unfortunately, the issue I raised remains unresolved as I have stopped taking steps toward its resolution, so I cannot, in good faith, choose any solution. But that is for a good reason: I am opting for a different debit card. This time, a VISA debit card from Maya, and it has been seamless in getting it linked to my PayPal account.

I've previously done this to take advantage of the actual exchange rate. But that card unfortunately expired last year. Now, I have a newly-linked VISA debit card to my account, I hope to do the same. However, that was a long time ago and the process I have taken about it has become vague. What are the steps that I should take in order to convert my VISA debit card into a complete USD account?

Can you please stop insisting on that? Clearly, my one and only account is experiencing a glitch and that label is not justifying its current status.

@kernowlass Sorry for sounding standoffish. But, while I appreciate your help on this, we were not on the same page. Sadly, false assumptions are not doing it any favor. Again, I do not mean to be offensive.

First off, I am a male, so my pronoun is a "he/him." And yes, I was under the impression that my account had become a Business type for not being able to find the "upgrade to Business account" option. But the real reason I am wanting to keep my PayPal account Personal is the fact that, after an earlier discussion with a GCash representative, I learned that I would need a Personal type PayPal account in order to link a GCash MasterCard. Right now, linking the card is being a pain in the rear itself.
