My account is still locked and I have tried bank account number in million formats. I just happen to be sure that I registered it as iban with all the letters FI in the beginning lf the number. But your fancy password reset page says that letters are not allowed. Then it prompts me to call to United States phone number which I cannot do. This is robbery. PayPal doesn't even want to give serius tech support for anyone complaining about this same issue. Some Erica-bot wrote some BS crap to make this look better in their myrian system but the fact is that PayPal has robbered money from thousands of users. I have had the same problem with my Finland account about one year. It asks to veryfy my account number and shows the two last digits. I have tried IBAN (I originally created it as IBAN). I have tried any possible formats as I know my bank account number which is not even big secret. I always get an error message and try again and fight with stupid Captcha. PayPal has refused to give any support for me and in fact is holding my balance in my Finland account. I cannot reset my password as there is super old Finnish mobile number which is not in use anymore. Or maybe it is with the new owner already. PayPal wants ne to use either it or veryfy ny bank account number and this **bleep** sucking veryfy check doesn't work!!! They refuse to reset my password even I send screenshots and my full bankaccount number to their customer so called service from the verified e-mail address. It is not surprise why the founder is a millionaire. How many accounts they have frozen this same way not letting their valued customers to use IBAN what he originally registered for PayPal for verifying the password reset. Money gone!
