Hi all! I recently received an email form PayPal informing me to update my certificate of foreign status as a seller due to IRS conditions. We are still an international company and not subject to US taxation but when I try to clink on the links in this email to take me to the update page, they come up as a page not found. Anyone else having this issue? I just want to update and make sure my account isn't frozen! Thanks in advance for your help 🙂
