I have the same problem, primary visa missing from wallet and only *sometimes* shows when I try to checkout when making a purchase. I also have added/removed a number of prepaid credit cards so that may indeed be part of the issue. There have also been occasions when NOTHING shows up when trying to check out of some stores, no bank account, no visa or prepaid cards. I have to manually "add" the card during chekout. While the payment still goes through, this is becoming a nuissance. Curiously, I know my primary visa is still attached to the account as it shows in my "account/settings > payment preferences" screen and allows me to select it as the main backup option for payments. But when I go back to the wallet screen it is nowhere to be seen -_- Been debating contacting paypal but I'm certain it'll just be an exercise in futility so I figued I'd wait it out.
