Also must mention that if my services go offline due to non payment to my providers. they'll suspend me and a lot of disputes will come in. And that is because my clients rely on their services and don't do disputes because they get exactly what they pay for and run buisneses them selfs! ... View more

PayPal Phone Support are awful. they talk over you try to tell you. that you sell products that you do not sell. and treat you like a cirnimal even knock my buisness model when I have been in buisness for 3 years. what exactly is PayPal(s) Problem. and why do they treat me like this. ... View more

Paypal unfair/unlawful limitation

Hi,   I got limited 2 days by PayPal. same as I did several months ago. but I went to the executive level complaints team. where they resolved it.   How ever!   Now when they have Limited me another Family Member owes PayPal Money. they have added this account to my resolution centre including the emails of these accounts. It's not my problem another Family Member owes PayPal Money!   Anyway I run a Hosting Buisness that has 1,700 clients. that has a lot of yearly based clients. upon phoning PayPal Today they claimed I sell Licenses. when In fact I sell Shared Hosting / VPS / Colocation / Dedicated services from my own rackspace in Los Angeles / Seattle / Dallas / Phoenix that I'm in a contract for I have attached one of these contracts to my last limitation to show PayPal the responsibility I have to keep paying my providers.   PayPal last time they limited me opened up about 10 + disputes holding funds to my providers. who I had to aplogize to and state what PayPal Had did and they let me resolve it. But I incurred a lot of fees/charges as a result.   https://gyazo.com/ade4b4fcd9452b550f785f7ba7666eaf   I have included the image if you see there was only 2 disputes up until my recent aquistion of a company that was going under. and now I get a lot of yearly payments. and I have a lot of clients when they want a refund will just open up a dispute and not communicate with me.   I stand to loose more then what is owed to PayPal by this other family member. that has nothing to do with em what so ever!   I have more then $25,000 in assets at risk if PayPal starts taking money back. I'm liable to pay for my bills with my providers for my colocation services for up to 36 months from now. if PayPal don't release these funds and I cannot pay my prrovider they'll suspend all my services. resulting in it destroying my whole buisness!  ...
