I had this problem after they changed the scoring system for the card a while back (I've been using the paypal debit card for long time). There is a balance manager function from the site that will allow you to setup an automatic feed from your bank to your PayPal account. It doesn't have to be much (mine is 50$ every two weeks when I get paid); but for the most part until this holiday season, I haven't had a problem with my card. ... View more
