Greetings, I have problem with withdraw money. 1. I first try to withdraw money, and show me this error. 2. After that i link and confirm my credit card and that be OK. 3. Now is my credit card confirm i try again to withdraw money, but same error. I already withdraw money with paypal with other Visa card, but i change for new with NFC payment and get my other card for paypal.
