Ok so I just got off the phone with PP & they told me there aware of the error code issue & there working on fixing it, They didnt give me a time frame on when everything will be up & running so they added me to the LONG list of other ppl who's going thru this same issue...Paypal mycash said when you send Id, front/back pic of mycash, receipt you have to call PP, not them its a PP issue ...
