Here's what you need to do. Have a friend in the US send you an invoice for the amount you need (make sure you add the 4% fee because it will take it out of your friends account and you will be short). Pay your friend's invoice with Paypal credit. Once they receive the money they can gift you the money back to you. Voila, you know have money in your paypal balance that you can use for internatonal purchases. You will get your 6 months too. It just costs you 4%, but it's worth it if you need the money fast for a foreign transaction.
