I'm new to PayPal, I just wanted to create an account so I can have a safe shopping experience, and if anything goes wrong I'm most likely to get a refund. However, I want to add money into my wallet but it's asking for the last 4 digits of my SSN and then right under it says that you also confirm you have a Tax ID Number. I don't know what Tax ID Number is, I really just want to shop for christmas presents for people that live across the states. HELP !!! Thank you!
