Hello to all. My bank ,susquehanna. Was taken over by BB&T. and i forgot to make the changes on my paypal account, and made a 5 dollar payment for an item i had won and the old bank account info was no good. I made the changes within 5 minutes after i realized what i had done. I sent the seller a message and explaned the problem with the payment. I guess the question is how long will paypal take to verify and approve the changes so i can pay this guy. And will the mistake effect my ability to buy and sell on ebay.
