The exact same thing happened to me man. I recently was told I was recieving around $500 in Paypal, so I traded a guy my $227 knife in CS:GO right after it. I am pretty sure I won't get a refund from Paypal, and they will just claim I should have waited. If you want a refund, try going to Paypal directly, or Steam Support. Explain everything very professionally and maturely, and I know it sucks that we lost a ton of money, but I have learned a few valuable lessons, and trust me, I am in my teens, and I do not make much money. Even though I lost all of this, I just accept that I'm probably not going to get it back, and I can't let it bring me down. Hope you haven't taken this obstacle in your life too hard! Try to enjoy the rest of your time in CS:GO, and don't let this one little bump in the road ruin your entire experience.
