this is my first time. this is a prepaid visa card so I dont need a bank account. i need it for a one time use only. so the problem is that I was typing the wrong code in the wallet section of registration and I think it blocked the card because of my continious attempts. when ever i attempt to register the card again it comes up with a red block preventing me from going ahead. sorry its my first time and I have no experience with paypal

i also tried many times and it came with a message and the card wasnt in the "credit and debits card" anymore. its my first time and im clueless

so i bought a preapid visa from woolorths and topped it up with 20 dollars. i dont need a bankacount as its prepaid visa only. i dont fully understand the process of transferrring from visa to paypal. also what is the 4 digit code. i tried both the codes on the back and they didnt work???? pls help
