Hi I plan on making a large purchase via paypal that the seller and I are arranging though a facebook group. He is in Canada and I am in the USA (PA). The issue comes in with, this particular type of item frequently is counterfeited over the years and authenticity matters alot to me (both for collection and monetarily speaking). There are ways of proving authenticity but usually costs a little money. If the item is found to be counterfeit, would the costs of authentic-testing also be claimable? Thank you.
