I have always resolved my issues with Paypal. I haven't spoken with a live operator and still have gotten good results from customer service. I have cancelled payments to sellers when I haven't received an item and never have had a problem getting my money returned from Paypal. I enjoy the confidentiality I get when shopping on the internet. My credit card information is safe Of course I would like all transactions to be handled instantly, though I understand that is not realistic.
