OK you should not really have 2 paypal account unless one is personal and the other one is business. If you have located the paypal account that that email address is attached to then yes you can withdraw the funds to any bank account linked to that paypal account. BUT you can't link the same bank account on both your paypal accounts. Do you still have a card linked to that old paypal account??
