Yes, I get these messages. I've received two today. Usually, I'll get around one a day, maybe one every other day. I've forwarded most of them to spoof@paypal.com and get maybe one answer out of ten emails. The instructions say to forward on every email, but I honestly don't think paypal can care. There's too many of them. So anyway, you're not the only one, I get tons of them too.
