I too have had an email address change. My primary paypal email account is no longer viable. I added my new email address but i am unable to remove the old one because it is my primary. I have also tried to edit the email address to my new one and I am unable to edit it because it is the primary. I no longer have any access to my old email address because I have changed providers. I contacted paypal regarding this before the change took place and I received no response. To date I have still haven't heard from them. Do I need to cancel this paypal account that I have had forever and open a new one?
