Hello    Earlier i posted about why i cant update my account details because i receive an email that my account was limited and the next button is not working but after realizing something is not right. Hello Paypal,   Ive been using my verified paypal for a very long time now. I have a verified Paypal Earlier im trying to purchase an ingame from cherrycredits.com and after that this notification showed up i always use my paypal to purchase on that game without problem its just now i have this     upon checking this problem on my account and says that  "Check your Primary Email for More Information" and also stated that they sent a message on my email to remove this limitation but when i checked my email it doesnt have any notification from paypal   and the worst part is  "You have 6 days to resolve before your account becomes restricted."   i can't contact paypal via phone because im from philippines calling via international call here is so expensive if they only had toll free    Please Help   ...
