Hey guys, I recently just won an INR (Item not received) claim from a buyer. He was claiming that I was selling computers and that it didn't arrived. He appealed and still lost. Just earlier, The case was reopened and that the case is now switched to Significantly Not As Described case. Is this even possible? A quick recap of the timeline would be: October 13, 2015 - Item Dispute October 13, 2015 - Item Escalated to Claim (Item not received) October 15, 2015 - I called paypal for a follow up on this case October 15, 2015 - Dispute/Claim in my favor: http://screencast.com/t/ZehTgH9otfz October 16 - 21, 2015 - Buyer appealed October 24, 2015 - Buyer's appeal lost, email sent to buyer Oct 28, 2015 - Buyer: Item Not Received case switched to Significantly Not As Described case My funds have been put on hold again and that my previous transfers were reversed. Now this guy's claim is quite colorful and it doesn't make sense. He was claiming that I was selling softwares and that It wouldn't work unless he buys a computer that I was also selling and forced him to do so. He even posted a phone number (probably random where he tried to call me as he stated): +669266601644. I'm from the Philippines and our area code is +63. That one is Thailand's and absolutely not mine. I'm not and never was into selling, the least of all, computers. I'm only rendering my services as a web developer/programmer. Can you guys share me your thoughts on this please? Thank you!
