Hello Paypal community, Ok here is my situation - I am trying to cancel recurring payments that is hooked onto my credit card; but the problem is the support tickets require the transaction ID. When I signed up for the payments last month, I did not own a PayPal account at the time - so i decided to use the guest account tab while entering just an email and credit card info. The only information I have for the recurring payments are an email of the receipt and the receipt ID number. I also do not see the actual payment info on the mypreapproved page. Is there anyway to cancel these payments?!?! Please help! Thank you!
