I noticed a negative balance last week. None of my transactions showed any issues and no cases in the resolution center. I emailed PayPal and received the generic reply with an offer to reply if those topics did not help. I replied to the email and waited. During that time I found that while trying to make a purchanse on eBay, PayPal wanted to charge me the negative balance before I could make that purchase. I called PayPal. They said it was showing it was an eBay disubute filed on 10/15/15. My eBay account shows no disputes filed. So, he called eBay. On the three-way call after the eBay representative confirmed I had no disputes he volunteered the item number. It was a listing in April of 2012. This would be beyond the time limit. Given these factors the only resolution seems to be PayPal would need to issue me a credit. The PayPal rep said they can do nothing when it is marked as eBay dispute. He placed us on hold to talk to PayPal resolution and after 30min has not returned to the line. I also noticed that my account says -$28.51 pending. When I click on this link it actually loads an error page stating there are NO pending transactions. If it were marked and eBay dispute it should be displayed here.
