So recently I was selling a horse saddle which was quite old (13 years) but of a very sought after brand. It had a few cosmetics issues I.e a tear here and there which was all described on advertisement along with detailed photos. I was selling this saddle very cheap as a result of these cosmetics and was contacted by a lady who wanted more photos, so I sent them to her. We agreed on a reduced price aswell as myself paying shipping (50€). Her saddle arrived when she contacted me that she wasn't happy with the saddle and that I had sold it not as described and has now opened a dispute. However I'm not willing to take it back as I have done nothing wrong and as the saying goes caviat emptor . Has anyone any ideas on what to do ?? Much thanks, Thomas.
