I find it almost impossible to get a proper answer to my problem. I cannot get my product, or my money back. The seller says he refunded my money, never got it or the product. Doesn't say much for the safety of buying through Paypal. THis is the second time I have had a problem receiving my purchase. After much hasseling the seller I DID finally get the product, six months later, the last time this happened. In that case just plain determination paid off. THis time I am so disgusted, I will probably never use Paypal again for a purchase.
