And you probably still won't, judging by the fast that where I'm from seems to be more important. I don't quite get why. If you're gonna be hostile for no apparent REAL reason you might as well answer my question. You basicly replied like I was a member of "the other team". I just told you where I'm from in my second post. Maybe you should check that attitude, as a "Volunteer Advisor" with 40416 posts, 2079 Kudos and 1446 accepted solutions. First of all, thank you very much for answering. I am not from the U.S., I live in Romania, Bucharest. I did not use PayPal until now, even though I did creative my Paypal account a few years back. I will mostly be looking to buy stuff, especially online games related stuff ( accounts, in-game items, in-game currency ). I want to buy a Steam Gift for 10€ and I only have 1.5€ on my account, from validating my credit card. Don't I have to transfer... like 8.5€ from my credit card to the Paypal balance in order to do so ? ... View more
