So as most of you know there is an unofficial rule to not sell anything to people that live in Nigeria due to them being able to scam you out of your item. But when I told the buyer that I want to check to see if it's legit, PayPal sent me a message saying; This is an authorization letter from PayPal team to confirm that Andre Fellarr is a Verified buyer, and your funds of $550.00 USD has been deducted from the buyer's account and it has been " APPROVED " and cannot be refundable because the buyer has trusted you and he has sign a non-refundable agreement with us but will not be credited to your account until the shipment tracking number is sent to us for verification so as to secure both the buyer and the seller from fraud. After we receive the tracking number/Custom form number from you for security verification, your account will be credited immediately our system has witness new upgrades, Please don't be surprised if you see us forwarding you to new customer attendants, its due to the amount of fraud going on involving our name which we are trying all our best to limit and put a stop to. As soon as we receive the requested information from you, your account will be credited. So can I trust the buyer, could they fake this? I don't want to take any chances! Please help and thank you in advance.
