Hi, I am quite worried. PayPal is threatening legal action against me if i do not comply to send 980 dollars via Western Union to an unknown person. I have already notified the PayPal email that the transaction was not to go through as the person I was dealing with felt like a scammer. Yet I keep receiving word that if I do not comply within 24 hours, legal action will be taken against me. Is this true? How can PayPal just force a transaction upon me like that?
