      I am trying to log in to my PayPal from overseas (Ukraine).   System won't let me log on because I am in Ukraine and am getting "device unrecognized, etc. messages"     Since I am in Ukraine (HOLIDAY / VACATION)   my US mobile phone does not work here at all so I can't receive any authentication codes, etc.     Please tell me how to log in from overseas.   Thank you.   RIck ...
