Hi, I opened a dispute for an item I did not receive and after a lot of communication with the seller on his website he said that he will refund the money since I have bought shipping insurance and the package according to the tracking number has been stuck in a different country for the last 50 days. That was on the 10 of October and the window to escalate to a claim, closes on the 19th. I bought using my PayPal balance hence I expected the refund to show up rather quickly on my account, but it hasn't. I want to give the seller the benefit of the doubt, but I can't risk the automatic closing of the dispute. There should be a way to get an extension of time. I mailed customer services but I got an automated response. I responded to the response but still no answer. Any suggestions?
