Travelgirl, that is perfect!   Who do we have to talk to to implement that.   I totally agree, Paypall should NOT recieve ANY insertion fee, listing fee, or final fees untill the payment pending (money being held) issue is resolved for that transaction.   Can we start a petition of some kind and mail it someone who gives a crap? I posted my complaint in this section a few days ago and now I want to give an update. I sold an item on ebay and my customer sent the money via Paypal. The amount was $31.00 and had a hold (payment pending).   As soon as the customer gave me feedback the money was released.   My customer lived in the same state as me so the total time the payment was on hold was 3 days.   I did not call or send Paypal emails to ask why they were holdijng it or anything. I just waited to see if Paypal released it when they said they would in their explanation.
