Face it, there are a lot of good honest sellers out here, with great track records of going above and beyond out customers expectations.  Going the extra mile to do what is right.  Only to have PayPal decide indiscriminately to withhold funds. After much research I found this practice isn't a security measure.  It is a profit driven greedy companies attempt to earn more revenue off the interest of regular users such as ourselves.  Don't think it is a random isolated event,  or there's no way that it would be possible to be a profit driven motive.  The random holds o our funds sit in an account collecting interest, where one payment is released two more take their place. Ever imagine if you could just have the interest off a millionaires account for a year how much money you would have, well so has ebay and the millions they are with holding and profiteering off of is ours. I have taken a stand with my eBay account and I suggest all others do the same as terms and conditions of their sales. It goes as follows.     (((()I'm sorry but I don't consent to their withholding of funds without justification nor provocation.  If your funds are withheld with just cause because of any actions on my part I will go ahead and ship anyway. However if the withholding of funds is purely random,  without just cause or merit, I would suggest taking that up with the third part payment provider PayPal for not fulfilling their duty to you and delivering your payment to me as they should. There are other ways for payments to be sent in a wide variety of different ways. I will just will no longer tolerate indiscriminate withholding of payments to my account without just cause.    All Items will ship the out at the earliest the days the payment is released to my account and at the latest the day after the funds are released no exceptions. I as well as others I've talked with that are honest, ethical and upstanding Ebay sellers are all going to start to demand fair and just treatment. It's a small movement now, hopefully others will follow the trend and demand that paypal honor their duties to the customers, both the sellers and the buyers. )))))   Will it be an inconvenience,  will customers get upset, maybe,  but if we direct their anger to their third party payment providers withholdings of funds without just cause, merit and reason, then maybe we can and will affect change. Trust me, I'm potentially sacrificing a $400 sale based on principles that such deceitful actions on PayPal's part is without merit and is time we put an end to it. Would it take long for me to get paid, no the customer has paid for express shipping and three days later I would be funded.  However it's the principle of the matter that they profit off of our hard work by depriving us of payment for our goods and services without just cause.  If I had customers complaining of items not sent on time, items not as described,  customers not getting taking care of then I would understand. However, nothing could be further from the truth.  Please step up and support the movement,  there are others and if enough sellers start to do this, and overwhelm PayPal with upset customers because of baseless withholding of their own money they sent to us, then paypal will have no choice but to change their policy and support both the buyers and the sellers equally.     ...
