Issue a refund

I've agreed to issue a full refund for an item the seller has returned. My pp balance was negative 254.00 as the dispute meant that amount was being held. I transfered 265 from bank account to my pp account which now gives me approx 10. 00 as the rest is being held for the refund. But everytime I try to close and refund buyer it says you do not have enough funds. Please help me refund the buyer ... View more

I have hadthis exact problem! I was told its a technical issue and they would authorize a manual realease on the funds but it would 3-5 days, that was over 10 days ago now and still on hold. THe dispute was closed September 22nd and despite endless phone calls and promises from Ebay and Paypal I still dont have my money. I'm furious.... don't email them you will get nothing but automated responses, phone them and demand a release. They are doing this to everyone I know probably making a fortune on interest on other peoples money ... View more

Furious with this situation... I sent a buyer some goods. She put a dispute when the goods didnt arrive, however ONE HOUR after she put the dispute the postman turned up with the goods, she immediately got in contact and said she would close the dispute. Which she did.... she has since left good feedback and an apology, the item was signed for and the tracking has been logged on Ebay and Paypal... however the funds are STILL on hold since 21st September... the buyer and I have done everything to get the hold off but it just says under review fund avaiable in 21 days. So a 21 day wait for a parcel being an hour late. Buyer has now had the item for weeks and I havent been paid yet. How on earth can we resolve this? ... View more
