@royguste1 A chargeback is done directly via a buyers credit card company and they are the ones that make the decision and not paypal. If the c.c. company agree their customer should be refunded then paypal has to comply and take the money from you or put your paypal account into negative until you pay them back again. You "may" be reimbursed by paypal but only if you met ALL the requirements of seller protection.
