I change my creditcard expiry date and PayPal take 1+1 USD from my creditcard in two different transaction. I don't know why because I'am already a verified user in PayPal system. I wrote them two times but they only auto answer me. Anybody could help me I think I obligee to refund me this amount but I don't know how. Please help.
