I'm in the very same boat. I'm also checking daily and regularly disappointed. I believe the deadline for delivering these was 1/31, and I have an urgent need for mine. I can't believe PayPal, with all its resources, can't get this right.

Yes, I just notice that BOTH my PayPal account and my checking account were charged nearly $100.00 for eBay shipping over a week-long period earlier this month. It stopped as quickly and as mysteriously as it began. What gives?

It's been down for at least a week. When I message PayPal, they send some boilerplate BS that has no relevance whatsoever to the problem. I haven't seen them even acknowledge there's an issue..
