I've been emailing them, and sending them messages, and facebook PMs, and contacting them in any way I could for 12 days now and not a SINGLE PERSON WILL RESPOND TO ME TO HELP ME! Has the entire company vanished? What is going on here? Why wont anyone help me? PayPal, PLEASE CONTACT ME SOME WAY! I have tried! I requested a simple legal name change and I've uploaded all the documents, then you locked my account for NO REASON! I've provided all the documents I have! I've sent you every drivers liscense I have back till I was a teenager! You have my birth certificate, you have my pasport, you have the court documents, you have my address on mail, what can I even do at this point?! I can't even make a new account because you keep all my credit cards on file and I'd have to contact customer support to change them which clearly isn't working for me now!

Being completley ignored by social media too. God what kind of customer service is this? Does anyone even work at paypal? Who are they even helping? It seems to none of us!

I've used the contact us page, but I'll try facebook now. The problem with phones is every single time I call any customer support, no matter how many times I tell them my new name, they always use my old name. This causes me a great deal of anxiety and stress because this wasn't a standard marriage name change, it was a full legal name change. And my old name makes me feel really **bleep**, and it's always paired with a very wrong Title/Prefix/Honorific if you get my meaning.

I'm not able to change my name either and I believe by trying to I've had my account limited? So they need documents now that aren't valid because I've changed my name obviously.

So I've legally changed my name, and I sent the name change request through the proper channels on Saturday, ‎September ‎26, ‎2015, and haven't heard a single thing back. But on the 30th suddenly my account was limited for no obvious reason. So now they're asking me to provide my SSN, my Mailing Address, and my ID. Well I don't have a new SSN card yet, my ID has been changed, and all my mail comes to my new name now. They're denying every document I upload. What do I do? What do they want? Do I need to dig up old documents? Is there an expiration date? Will old documents uploaded interfere with my name change request? PayPal if you have any staff watching threads can you please post in here, or tell me how to get ahold of you? All my emails go ignored and I get no assistance on anything.
