Hello all my name is Shelia, let me explain my situation. 6 months ago I sold a generator online through eBay. The buyer payed through PayPal for a total of 3,295.00. 3 or 4 days later the buyer came with his truck to do a local pick up, he visually inspected the item and was happy with it. 3 months later I get a notice from PayPal stating that the buyer had opened a dispute as the item was not as described. After several emails and proof of the ad from eBay the case was won in my favor as the item was as described, the buyer just had buyers remorse. So fast forward to today, I open my PayPal account to see that once again the amount was deducted from my account by PayPal, I guess the buyer was unhappy he lost and canceled his credit card payment due to a different reason. So PayPal automatically put my account in the red, they told me the case was closed after I won the first time. I am so frustrated and infuriated I don't know what to do, any help would be appreciated
