I just now received the returned package I had sent back, using the label they had emailed to me - in August last year!!!  For months they claimed they had never received it.  Evidently it's a phony address.  It took 5 months to be returned, so I'm out the return postage plus the original price for the piece of crap smelly rag I was sent. DO NOT TRY TO RETURN ANYTHING - THE ADDRESS THEY SEND IS FAKE (as is the company itself - it's a scam!). Here is my response to PayPal after they informed me that I had "Earned" the "Esteemed Badge" on the Paypal Community webpage, which a real person evidently NEVER  sees:   YOU IDIOTS!  Are you even aware that "People like what (I) have to say"(your words) because I am calling for a boycott of PayPal?!  EvidentlY no one EVER looks at the PP Community posts- if you did, you would see that the complaints about the Roselinlin Co., whom you support over your customers, have been viewed thousands of times - that's how many of your customers have been ripped off by this disgusting scam company.  PP refused to take any action when I opened a dispute, claiming that you had no record of my returning the piece of junk I received from Roselinlin (many people say that they never received anything, after paying), even after I provided  (twice!) postal receipts for the return.  You are as much of a scam as this disgusting Chinese company, and I will never use PP again.  Many of the former customers who have been scammed are doing the same thing - not that anyone at PP would notice, since no one ever checks the Community posts - why even have that feature?!   STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH ROSELINLIN!!!!!!! ... Forget about returning anything - you will NEVER get your money back, and PayPal won't help - they're only in it for the money too, and care nothing about their customers.  Stop using PP - I did.  See all the other posts about Roselinlin - PP has done nothing to put them out of business. ... Paypal closed the dispute because they had no record that I had returned the piece of trash that ended up costing me $50.45, with return shipping.  There is NO PO tracking to China, and PP won't accept the PO receipt and customs form I sent.  PP is as bad as this filthy scam company - they just want to keep taking their money and care nothing about their ripped-off customers.  I have stopped using them - not that they care. ... Welcome to the club (it's a big one).  I am also waiting for a refund (never going to happen) and some kind of action from PayPal.  The only thing we can do at this point is to boycott PayPal, which I have repeatedly told them I will do if this is not resolved.  Doesn't seem to make any difference.  Just keep complaining to them, I guess, until we rumn out of energy.  They're in the same category as Roselinlin, as far as I'm concerned - just supporting the scammers. ... Do I wish I had done my research first!  Of course, I never would have ordered if I'd realized they were in China - not paying attention, I guess.  I try not to buy anything made in China, although it's difficult.  Totally weird sizing and looks like it would fall apart after one washing.  I'm on my 4th email (they're at a 15% refund) and I've opened a dispute with Paypal.  Why do they still do business with this company?!   ...
