I just got the Pay Pal charge card and it said I had another account and that my bank has it's limited of Pay Pal accounts. I bought something back at the time of the other account, but you can read from the seller that he got the payment and he gave me a great rating. Now what? I tried to put in my checking account, that's how I found out about the bank thing. Help please. Thanks. Kat
