I just have a paypal a week ago. Someone wants to send invoice thourgh my paypal account. I gave him my paypal e-mail address and this is the message shown "We're Sorry but we can't sent payment right now". Does anyone knows the problem? My paypal account type was personal and was upgraded to business type. Please help me.
