By law if they freeze or hold your funds , you can request with in legal rights they give you, the money as you've not commited a crime. nor is paypal even anything against law it's used for payments to people... if you can get a debit card at like 15... you can use paypal.. if paypal refuse your money. Go to your bank the money came from and let them know, if paypal refuse. You can take it to court and you'll 100% win, no lawyer or anything cost less than 80$... When i go to my profile, on forums where you see your images..... it says Awaiting Approval.... with as many answers as you's i'd thought someone would reply only if they known what they mean, please be constructive or don't even reply, I'd never ever say  "WHAT".. it's a waste of time for the poster.
