Hi There I have added and sucessfully verified a new phone number on my account. (After multiple failed attempt at receiving a text, I had to use another phone). Anyway. The problem I'm now having is that when I'm trying to withdraw my money, it "doesn't recognise the device" so therefore asks me to verify via text. Well that wouldn't be a problem except the new mobile number that I have added isn't available in the list of numbers to send the text to (despite being verified and being the primary). Any ideas?
